Listing Overview
The port of Malaga offers several berths for cruise ships. The city has around 580,000 inhabitants, making it the second-largest city in Andalusia. Larger ships usually dock at one of the two terminals on the long eastern pier. From there, shuttle buses typically run to Plaza de la Marina, which is located at the main entrance to the port near the city center. Smaller ships often dock at the El Palmeral terminal on the north side of the port, also close to the city center. You exit the port at the main entrance, and directly across the street is Plaza de la Marina. Our city tour begins at the central fountain there, lasting about 2 to 3 hours and taking us into the old city center. We recommend pausing briefly at each stop during the explanations. At the end of the explanations, there is usually a brief note about the next part of the route. In the app, the route to the next stop is also provided as text. Additionally, the app's map view shows your current location, which helps with better orientation.
