In the musician village of Jettenbach, residents are working to build new networks within the community and set cultural impulses that reference the historical tradition of wandering musicians. This effort led to the creation of Kusel's first audio walk. The village team collected anecdotes from the area that focus on both the musician tradition and unique local characters or traditions of Jettenbach. These stories were recorded in collaboration with the local theater association, and the workers' music club contributed several pieces. With great diligence and love, the audio files were arranged together with drawings and historical documents to create a "village sound trail," inviting visitors to explore the musician's house path. Through the Guidemate app or by scanning a QR code, one can embark on a roughly 1.5-hour circular walk and gain many interesting and humorous insights into the former musician stronghold of Jettenbach.
