Listing Overview
The artist district of Montmartre! The Moulin Rouge and the Sacré-Coeur are well-known landmarks. But Montmartre has countless other small and large stories to tell. Follow me through this special Parisian neighborhood, off the beaten path, but of course, also to the Moulin Rouge and the Sacré-Coeur! You'll discover the history of the artist district and its famous residents, some anecdotes, and of course, a bit of music.
If you do the tour without any breaks, it will take about 3 hours. If you stop for a coffee or wine, or maybe even a crêpe, it will take more like 4 to 5 hours. I highly recommend making these stops! Along the way, I have plenty of tips for coffee, wine, and crêpes for you.
It's best to start around 2 PM and reserve the entire afternoon for Montmartre. Ideally, keep the evening free as well, so after your tour through the neighborhood (with coffee, wine, or crêpe stops), you can dine at one of my recommended restaurants and enjoy the evening in Montmartre.
I wish you lots of fun following in the footsteps of the artists!
