On this audio guide, we will visit the former old town of Kassel, or at least what remains of it after World War II. Starting from the town hall, we will stroll along Obere Königsstraße, passing Friedrichsplatz and Treppenstraße until we reach Königsplatz. There, we will turn right to visit the Druselturm and Martinskirche, then head down to the Fulda River until we reach the Rondell, the last remnants of the old Kassel Castle. From the Altmarkt, we will pass by Karlshospital to the Zeughaus and continue to the Altstädter Friedhof, now known as Lutherplatz. The tour ends there. The audio tour takes about two hours, depending on your walking speed and how often you take breaks.
