Listing Overview

The picture shows Tom, Daniela, and David standing on the banks of the Rhine in Cologne Rodenkirchen, looking at the camera. To their left, the Rhine is visible, lined with bushes, and to their right, part of the Berger campsite, bordered by a meadow.

About the Audiowalk: "One City, Many Lifestyles - Neighborhood Explorations by and with Visually Impaired People." In this project, adventurous visually impaired or blind residents of Cologne, or people with a connection to Cologne, explore public spaces. They create audiowalks that invite others to follow and discover, sharing their perspective on the city and human interactions within it. In this episode of the audiowalk, we accompany our project participant Daniela on her route in Rodenkirchen by the Rhine. She will soon reveal exactly where we are headed. Joining her is Tom, who is also participating in the project.

Editorial direction of this audiowalk: Gabi Linde (Stadt-Erleben Kollektiv), Technical direction: David Borens (tvist Medienproduktion GmbH - Communication for Changemakers). Conducted by the Stadt-Erleben Kollektiv Köln. Funded by the Fonds Soziokultur e.V. and the Herbert Funke Foundation. More about the project at: https://vielelebenswelten.wordpress.com/.
