Michelle La Flamme began this audio walk in August 2021 and invites other artists, activists, and creatives to share their memories as well. This fall, Lorna Boschman and Sebnem Ozpeta are offering free geolocation audio workshops through the wonderful grunt gallery in Vancouver. This prototype audio walk was funded by the City of Vancouver through the grunt gallery. Our walk takes place on the unceded, traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.
