Listing Overview
Disc golf is about getting a disc to the target with as few throws as possible. Normally, the target is a chain basket that catches the disc. However, here in Kiwittsmoor Park, the district office decided against using baskets, even though they were already planned and funded. Instead, players can only aim at objects like lampposts, trees, or trash cans. There are no professional tee zones or corresponding signs, just a few inconspicuous markers, a PDF on kiwi.discgolf.de, or this audio guide.
It's a bit of an adventure, even for seasoned and spoiled disc golfers, to find the right throws and targets here, almost like a scavenger hunt. The focus is on fun, allowing you to explore a new environment athletically, take a walk, and enjoy some fine throws along the way.
