The Golden Circle is the most well-known day trip from Reykjavik. The route from Reykjavik takes you through Þingvellir National Park to the Geysir and the Gullfoss waterfall. In Þingvellir National Park, you can dive and snorkel in a water-filled fissure, offering a unique experience. Prior booking is necessary. On the way back, a relaxing bath in the Secret Lagoon in Flúðir is recommended, but due to limited capacity, a reservation is strongly advised.
