Between Worlds
Luna, Sophie, Marek, and Lisa are on vacation and, while playing near the Oberbaum Bridge in Berlin, they discover a mysterious shadow. This leads them to Dschali, a large dragon who, along with his siblings, inhabits the towers of the bridge. Together with Dschali, the children embark on an exciting time-travel adventure, exploring the history of the Oberbaum Bridge. They encounter a herald, the king's messenger, visit a heated concrete mixer, and meet Corinna Grenzau, who spent her childhood here when the Berlin Wall still stood and the bridge separated East and West Berlin.
Between Worlds is a family audio play designed for walking tours. Join the children on their journey and discover amazing views along the way. The tour starts on the Kreuzberg side of the Spree River at the Watergate Club on a small viewing platform and lasts about 45 minutes. It is suitable for children aged 9 to 13 and the young at heart.
The family audio play for exploring the Oberbaum Bridge in Berlin was created in collaboration with children from the Pettenkofer Elementary School in Berlin Friedrichshain and the association Kinder von nebenan e.V. Another recommendation for a family audio play to explore Berlin is The Cat from Helmholtzplatz.
